Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use OutreachOS Signals, operated by Polza Agency. By running a search or purchasing access, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
What the product provides
OutreachOS Signals is a research and ranking tool. Results depend on your Account Spec and available third-party data. We do not guarantee that every search returns 20 companies, that every account has a recent signal, or that a contact record is complete or current. Verify material facts before outreach.
Plans and billing
- Free access is a limited preview and may include limited contact reveals.
- The private post-results offer is a one-time payment for non-expiring account access and does not auto-renew.
- Starter is recurring until cancelled. A trial applies only when Stripe Checkout explicitly shows one before payment.
- Managed Outreach and Agency are enquiry-based services. Scope, capacity and service levels are confirmed in a separate written proposal.
Stripe displays the final price, currency, renewal and trial terms before payment. If those details differ from a marketing page, the Checkout summary controls. For billing, cancellation or refund questions, contact hi@outreachos.io.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for your outreach, suppression lists, consent or other lawful basis, and compliance with email, privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to you. Do not use the service for deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, credential abuse or bulk spam.
Availability and changes
Data sources and coverage can change. We may improve, limit or discontinue features, but will not knowingly misrepresent paid access already granted. Contact us at hi@outreachos.io if the service does not work as described.
