Privacy Notice

Polza Agency operates OutreachOS Signals. This notice explains the information used when you request an account shortlist, buy access or contact our team.

What we collect

• The website, Account Spec and filters you submit.
• Your email address and optional marketing preference.
• Search, reveal and relevance-feedback events needed to operate and improve the product.
• Basic security and diagnostics data such as IP address, browser user agent and timestamps.
• Billing status and Stripe identifiers. We do not receive or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To build, show and save the result you requested.
• To provide paid access, support, fraud prevention and product diagnostics.
• To send product marketing only when you actively select the optional email opt-in. Service messages about a requested search or purchase are separate.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, analytics, billing, AI and business-data providers only as needed to deliver the requested service. Stripe processes checkout and card details under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, accounting and legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing hi@outreachos.io. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent requested service messages.
